The US Transceivers compatible MMS4A20-XM800 is a high-performance 800G OSFP224 transceiver engineered for long-reach single-mode interconnects. Operating over single-mode fiber with four lanes of 212Gbps PAM4 electrical signaling, this module delivers an aggregate data rate of 800Gbps and supports link distances up to 500 meters at 1310nm, making it well suited for high-bandwidth data center and InfiniBand NDR fabric connectivity.
This module features an OSFP224 form factor with a dual MPO fiber connector interface and is designed to operate over single-mode fiber (SMF). The module operates from a 3.3V power supply with a maximum power dissipation of 15W and is hot-pluggable for easy deployment. The transceiver supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time visibility into key operating parameters and is built to the CMIS 5.3 management interface specification.
