SKU: MMS4X00-NM-US Categories: , , OEM Equivalent: Nvidia MMS4X00-NM

The US Transceivers compatible MMS4X00-NM is an 800G OSFP112 optical transceiver module designed for high-performance InfiniBand NDR networks. Supporting dual DR4/DR8 operation over single-mode fiber, this module delivers 800Gbps aggregate bandwidth across a maximum reach of 500 meters, making it well-suited for demanding high-density compute and AI/ML interconnect environments.

Housed in the OSFP form factor, this module utilizes an MPO/MTP connector interface and operates at 1310nm wavelength using EML transmitter technology. It is engineered for seamless integration into compatible OSFP112 switch and adapter ports operating in InfiniBand NDR or 800G Ethernet configurations.

The US Transceivers compatible MMS4X00-NM supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM/DOM) for real-time visibility into module performance parameters. It is TAA compliant and meets RoHS, CE, and REACH standards, ensuring regulatory readiness for government and enterprise deployments.
