The US Transceivers compatible MMS4X00-NM-T is an 800G OSFP112 transceiver module designed for high-performance InfiniBand NDR networking over single-mode fiber. Supporting the 2xDR4 and DR8 optical specifications, this module delivers an aggregate data rate of 800Gbps across eight lanes using PAM4 modulation, with a maximum reach of 500 meters over SMF infrastructure.

Built around the OSFP form factor, this module is engineered for demanding high-density compute and storage environments where low latency and high bandwidth are critical. It operates at an 850nm nominal wavelength per lane and interfaces via an MPO/MTP connector, making it well suited for parallel optical interconnects in hyperscale data centers and AI or HPC fabric deployments.
