The US Transceivers compatible MMS4X00-NM-FLT is an 800G OSFP112 transceiver module designed for high-performance InfiniBand NDR applications. Operating in a 2xDR4/DR8 configuration over single-mode fiber, this module supports data rates up to 800Gbps and delivers reliable optical connectivity at distances up to 500 meters, making it well suited for demanding high-density data center and HPC environments.
This module uses 1310nm wavelength PAM4 optics across eight parallel lanes, each operating at 100Gbps, transmitted and received via an MPO/MTP connector interface. The OSFP112 form factor provides the high port density and thermal headroom required for next-generation AI and machine learning fabric deployments.
The US Transceivers compatible MMS4X00-NM-FLT supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for real-time visibility into optical performance and is fully TAA compliant, RoHS compliant, and built to meet InfiniBand NDR and relevant MSA standards for seamless interoperability.
