The US Transceivers compatible 407-BBBY is a 40GBASE-SR4 QSFP+ optical transceiver module designed as a fully compatible replacement for Dell-qualified networking environments. Built in the compact QSFP+ form factor, this module delivers 40 Gbps aggregate data rates over multimode fiber using an MPO/MTP connector interface with four parallel transmit and four parallel receive lanes operating at 850 nm wavelength.
This transceiver supports link distances up to 150 m over OM4 multimode fiber and up to 100 m over OM3 multimode fiber, making it well suited for short-reach, high-density data center deployments. The module features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and is TAA compliant, meeting federal procurement requirements.
