The US Transceivers compatible 407-BCXH is a 100GBASE-SR-BiDi QSFP28 optical transceiver module designed as a high-performance, cost-effective alternative for use in Dell-compatible networking environments. Operating in a compact QSFP28 form factor, this bidirectional module transmits and receives 100Gbps of data over a single multimode fiber strand using two wavelengths: 850nm for transmit and 900nm for receive.
This BiDi transceiver supports a maximum cable distance of 100 meters over OM4 multimode fiber, making it well suited for short-reach, high-density data center deployments. The LC Duplex connector interface simplifies cabling infrastructure by reducing fiber count by half compared to traditional parallel optic solutions.
