The US Transceivers compatible QFX-SFP-1GE-SX is a 1000BASE-SX SFP transceiver designed for Gigabit Ethernet applications over multimode fiber. Operating at an 850nm wavelength, this module supports data rates up to 1.25 Gbps and delivers a maximum reach of 550 meters over OM2 or better multimode fiber, making it well suited for short-reach enterprise and data center deployments.

Built in the compact SFP form factor, this transceiver features an LC Duplex connector interface and incorporates Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for real-time visibility into key optical parameters including temperature, voltage, bias current, and transmit and receive power. The module is hot-pluggable and designed for seamless integration into compatible network equipment.

This US Transceivers compatible module meets TAA compliance requirements and conforms to IEEE 802.3z and SFP MSA standards. It is an ideal cost-effective alternative for access layer switching, campus networking, and server connectivity applications.
