The US Transceivers compatible E1MG-BXU is a 1000BASE-BX-U SFP transceiver designed as a cost-effective, drop-in replacement for Brocade networking environments. Operating in the SFP form factor, this upstream BiDi module transmits at 1310 nm and receives at 1490 nm over a single strand of SMF, supporting full-duplex Gigabit Ethernet communication over distances up to 10 km.
Using a single LC Duplex connector, this module eliminates the need for a second fiber strand, reducing cabling costs and infrastructure complexity. It supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM), allowing real-time visibility into key performance parameters such as temperature, voltage, TX power, and RX power.
