The US Transceivers compatible XBR-40G-SR-BIDI-0287 is a 40GBASE-SR-BiDi QSFP+ optical transceiver designed for high-density 40 Gigabit Ethernet applications. This module operates over OM3 or OM4 multimode fiber using bidirectional technology, transmitting and receiving on a single LC Duplex connector across two wavelengths, 850 nm and 900 nm, enabling 40G connectivity without requiring parallel fiber infrastructure.

This US Transceivers compatible module supports a maximum cable distance of 100 meters over OM3 fiber and up to 150 meters over OM4 fiber, making it well suited for short-reach data center and enterprise network deployments. It features Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for real-time visibility into optical performance parameters including temperature, voltage, and optical power levels.

Built to meet TAA compliance requirements along with RoHS, CE, and REACH standards, this QSFP+ BiDi transceiver is fully compatible with Brocade switch platforms and delivers a reliable, cost-effective alternative to the OEM module without sacrificing performance or interoperability.
