Operating at an 850nm wavelength, this module delivers reliable 8.5Gbps data rates with a maximum reach of 150 meters over OM3 multimode fiber and up to 50 meters over OM2 multimode fiber, making it well suited for high-performance storage area network environments.

Built in the compact SFP+ form factor, the US Transceivers compatible 317-2699 features an LC Duplex connector interface and supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for real-time visibility into optical performance parameters such as temperature, voltage, TX power, and RX power.
